yes indeed, someone is throwing out some fresh red meat on the subject of
the recent imprisonment of BP agents Ramos & Compean…. Check it out.
my take: I am as interested as anyone in viewing the court transcripts, but not having possession of them, I still have an opinion 
. The very fact that 11 months after trial, the transcripts still cannot be obtained makes me view with heavy suspicion the entire trial. To me, this calls into question the actual role of the BP on our borders… If they do not have the power to halt fleeing suspects with deadly force, as interior police have, then exactly what is their role? School crossing guards?
For the Left, there is no doubt that anything which muddies the waters of border jurisdiction is GOOD, while those who wish the border truly secured are left gnashing their teeth in the dark.
Gentle Reader, if you wanted to truly send a message that America will not enforce her borders, could you think of a better way?
